Quick and Easy Dry Shampoo

Dry shampoo is one of those things that I don't want to go without, but it's also SO expensive, so I found a way to make it myself and it works GREAT!!! Now, I am not opposed to paying a good price for a high quality product, but this is just one of those that isn't high on the necessity list and honestly, this homemade option works just as well as any dry shampoo I've ever purchased for a pretty penny. So let's make it!!

All you need is:

Cornstarch

Baking Soda

Cacao/Cocoa(for dark hair)

Essential oil of choice

Mix together:

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tbsp baking soda (cocoa for dark hair)

5-10 drops essential oil (I used Rosemary because it's so good for your hair and scalp)

Bonus tip:

If you have a super sensitive scalp you can leave out the baking soda. I actually have a pretty sensitive scalp and the baking soda has been fine for me. Totally personal preference though!

Application:

Grab a cheap makeup brush, dip it into your dry shampoo, put it on your roots, massage it in and BOOM.

It's literally THIS simple and easy and now mama is ready to go out in public!! :)
