So fluffy, so delicious, so easy!! I truly have no idea why discard makes recipes so much better, IT JUST DOES, and if you're looking for a way to use your discard STOP and make these!!

Ingredients:

1 cup sourdough discard

1 cup flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk OR water

1 egg

2 tbsp melted butter OR oil

1 tsp vanilla

BONUS additions and I might add THE most important:

Cinnamon

Cloves

Nutmeg

Instructions:

I simply add my dry ingredients followed by my wet ingredients, mix and cook on a griddle or a pan! Oh and NO I don't measure my bonus spices, you'll have to mess around with that and find your preferred ratio, but don't you dare leave those out!

These are my absolute favorite pancakes I've ever made and I won't be able to make them any other way from now on! I hope you and your family love these!!
