I promise to get better at laying out recipes more fully, but sometimes you really just gotta fly by the seat of your pants, throw things into a food processor and go with it!! That is what I did tonight for the kiddos. We love chicken nuggets, but I hate the unnecessary ingredients in the store bought ones so mama made some from scratch!!

What you need:

Organic boneless chicken

Eggs

Cheese

Seasoning of choice

I used 1lb of thawed boneless chicken, 2 eggs and about 1/2-3/4 cup shredded cheese 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Throw all of that in your food processor and mix. Once mixed, form your nuggets on a pan while you preheat to 400. You can also use the airfryer! Oven bake for 15-20 minutes flipping about halfway. Airfry at 400 for 8, flip, 8 more!

The only downside to the airfyer is you can't do as many at a time, but if you're good with that I recommend the airfryer because it gives them the crispy outter layer! Either way they are so, so good!

And yes that easy!

You can still feed your kids the foods they love while also being completely in charge of the ingredients. LOVE THAT!!
